Terrell is Co-Founder of Modern Mental Healthcare Practices Group, leading its strategy and executive management functions. He has over 25 years of executive experience, and has previously served as CFO and COO for mental healthcare organizations and in business, education, and government. His work delivers upon our vision for expanding access to hope and healing—delivering superb mental healthcare, when and how it's needed, in our focus on natural and convenient access. The charge is in creating a thriving workplace community that prioritizes empathy, co-ownership, and generative compensation, thereby enabling therapists, healers, and community builders to focus on their true calling.
