Partner - Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Clinician
Modern Mental Healthcare Practices Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Clinician – a leader– to join our wellness community as a Partner. The position combines your calling to heal and serve with business ownership and community leadership, allowing you to build equity while contributing to our mission of generating hope and healing through accessible, loving, and wise mental healthcare experiences. We are generating hope and healing by making quality mental healthcare and wellness experiences accessible. We are seeking a leader to participate in all major business decisions and partner in growing our community.
Position Type: Full-Time Partner Track
Compensation: $105,000 base & earnings sharing & equity
Expected Caseload: 20 - 25 client sessions per week
Partnership Timeline: 2-3 years to full partner status
